PIXEL SUPERFANS ‘Trusted Tester Program’ OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”) – US VERSION

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

In order to enter the Contest (defined below), you must agree to comply with these Official Rules. These Official Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and Google (defined below) with respect to the Contest.

The Contest is for residents of the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the State of California, U.S.A.

The Contest is held by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. (“Google”).

1. Contest Submission Period

Pixel Superfans ‘Trusted Tester Program’ (the “Contest”) begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, October 13, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Friday, October 17, 2025 (the “Contest Submission Period”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to: legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S./D.C.”), who are above the age of eighteen (18) as of the date of Submission (defined below) and who have received an invitation via email to participate in the Pixel Superfans US program from Google.

2.1 The following people are excluded from participating in the Contest:

2.1.1 Employees of Google (“Google”), and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Google and its Affiliates”).

2.1.2 All of Google and its Affiliates’ shareholders, directors, officers, members and agents and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses); and those living in the same household of any of the foregoing persons are not eligible to participate in or win the Contest.

2.1.3 Entrants from outside the United States, who are not legally residing in the United States. Void outside of the United States, and where prohibited. Google reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any dispute at any time.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entrants must follow the link to the Google form sent to them via email and submit their submission during the Contest Submission Period.

3.2 Entry into this Contest will give entrants a chance to become 1 of 15 nominees to be put forward to the next round of selection to become a member of the Pixel Trusted Tester program. The Trusted Tester program is an opportunity to provide feedback and help shape a Pixel phone currently in development. If successful in this Contest, Google will contact winners for a second round of questions with the Trusted Tester Team, who will select the final 15 device testers.

3.3 A panel of Google judges will determine who receives 1 of 15 nominations to be put forward for consideration to become a Trusted Tester.

3.4 Entrant answers to the following questions in the Google form will constitute their submission (“Submission”):

3.4.1 How many Pixel devices have you ever owned?

3.4.2 As a Pixel Superfan, please give us feedback on your current Pixel device. What would you improve and why?

3.4.3 If you had a magic wand, what feature would you add to your device and why?

3.5 This Submission must be submitted through the official contest submission form:

3.6 All Submissions must be made during the Contest Submission Period. Any Submissions made after 11:59 PM ET on October 17, 2025, will be void.

3.7 Limit one (1) Submission per Entrant.

3.8 Important things to note about joining the Trusted Tester program:

Members of the Trusted Tester program must sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving any Google Pixel products that may be available to test, as determined by Google. Delay or failure to sign the NDA will mean Trusted Testers will not be eligible to receive Google Pixel products to test.

Where successful entrants become Trusted Testers and have been given a device by Google, they are required to:

4. Entrant Submissions

4.1 Entrant must adhere to all Instructions specified above and in all communications from Google about the Contest and to these Official Rules.

4.2 Failure to comply with these Official Rules and any Instructions from Google may disqualify the entrant’s Submission to the Contest.

4.3 By submitting a Submission, you acknowledge and agree that your:

4.3.1 Name, image, likeness, location, and any and all photo, audio, video and other materials included in or with the Submission, may be used to announce the winners of the Contest and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

4.3.2 Submission is voluntary and made without restriction; and

4.3.3 Entry will not place Google under any obligation outside of these Official Rules.

4.4 Each entrant agrees not to include, as part of his or her Submission, anything that infringes any third-party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights. The Submission must be suitable for publication (i.e. may not be obscene or indecent) and must comply with all other content restrictions detailed in the full Official Rules.

5. Selection

5.1 The Submissions will be judged on the following criteria:

5.2 Fifteen (15) entrants will be selected from the Entries received during the Contest Submission Period, (a “Winner”). Please note that winning this Contest does not mean you have been selected to become a Trusted Tester, you will be subject to another selection process which will be communicated by Google.

5.3 Winners will be decided during the week of October 20, 2025

5.4 Winners will be notified via email no later than October 25, 2025, using the email address details entrant provides Google in the official Submission. Follow up prize correspondence may also take place via email and/or Discord with Google and/or Google’s affiliated companies. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.

5.5 The prize will be: one of fifteen nominations to be considered to become a Trusted Tester on the Trusted Tester Program (the “Prize”).

5.6 Places will be awarded only to an address within the United States.

6. Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights

By accepting a Prize, entrant agrees to Google and its agencies use of his or her name and/or likeness and Submission for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Rules

7.1 Google’s decisions with respect to the application of these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.

7.2 By entering the Contest you agree to receive emails from Google related to the Contest. Any personal data collected in relation to the Contest will be processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/).

7.3 As a condition of entering a Submission into the Contest, all entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Google and its Affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the Contest. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH CAUSED BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF GOOGLE.

7.4 Google reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Google’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices.

7.5 Google reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason.

8. Privacy

8.1 Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Google may collect, store, share and otherwise use personally identifiable information provided during the registration process and the Contest. Google will use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/).

8.2 Entrant’s information may also be transferred to countries outside the United States in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

8.3 Entrant may have the right to request access, review, rectification or deletion of any personal data held by Sponsor by writing to Google at: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 USA.

9. Limitation of Liability

AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN LEGAL AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES; (2) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST, OR PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; AND (3) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS.
